looks like im goin the cheap route.

02 f4i 4500 miles, needs upper fairin, light rash on side. 3gs

cant pass that up, shit i could fixx it and make a g on it

that's a big difference! zx-10r's are F-ing awesome, I've got a bit of time on my friends '04. yeah a liter is a lot faster but not out of control or unmanageable. because of the lower powerband it makes a lot more friendly street bike. I don't mind downshifting the 600rr to go anywhere but it's SOOOO nice to just roll on from 3,500rpm and haul. makes passing on 2 lane highways a lot easier and more fun. plus if you ever take a passenger it makes even more of a difference. the guy I bought my rr from went to an 05 R1, it's nice. full coverage on it was about double for him to go to a liter, which is not bad when I'm paying 360/year for full coverage on mine.

so flip the f4i you picked up and get a liter, or at least a 750. I honestly haven't heard anything bad about the new gixxers, everything I've heard and read about them speaks very highly of them but I haven't ridden one.
