stuntin

how many of you guys do anything at all considered stunting on your bikes? just curious... I personally would rather hit a course and race but lately i have been pokin into the dark side haha

Im confused... im too hesistant to try wheelies but i have been more then comfortable with endos. Been doin them for about two weeks now in a parking lot by my place. Ive gotten the rear tire off about 4ft (bro comes to watch and be there incase something happens..). Im just afriad of the sudden power when clutchin it up but ive been workin slowly into it

Who else here messes around with anything?

old bike id do power wheelies, no standups or anything at all.

new bike ive done one accidental wheelie, and one accidental stoppie seein how good the brakes were but dont plan on doing either again.

Stunting is cool to see everynow and then but im not a big fan of doing it myself, id rahter not fuck my bike up and or myself up.

Also when you are making payments on a brand new shiny bike being on one wheel isnt exactly the first thing in your mind.the payments change your whole perspective on riding :h

learn to use your rear brake. whenever u get the feeling of looping, your rear brake helps bring the front end down

i would highly recommend stunting. buy an old honda f2 or something to learn on. i wouldnt stunt on an r6. i heard they have weak subframes, and are rather fragile.

hondas are known to be tanks, though.

i do all kinds of wheelies and stoppies on my bicycle, and my friend can do highchair wheelies, really freaking tight circle wheelies, and basically everything big bikes do, minus burnouts, and can can stuff. hes got a little xr100, and man that thing is fun to do wheelies on. hes got alot of stuff down on that as well. if you happen to have a dirt bike, you can learn the rear brake, and the concept of a balance point on them.

start off slow and work your way up. if you want more in depth information on stunting, go to www.stuntlife.com and USE THE SEARCH BUTTON

r6's stunt fine, but for scrapin the bar, u ndo need the subframe reinforced w/ steel. but they are light and to use ur weight on it. but either way, dont stunt a bike that u want to stay lookin nice
