Alright I will be the first one to say yes I have an ego. Everyone that knows me knows this, but they know it is mostly just a joke. They know that the real me is not an ego driven ass hole. When I get on my bike or I get in my car I am serious and not driven by an ego. In my car if i win a race good, if i loose a race I dont care. Out on my bike I am always near the back of the pack through the canyons because im simply not as good as the other guys who have been riding for a few years. I dont let an ego push me or i would be dead. I know my "joking" of my ego doesnt come out right on the internet because its simply typing and its hard to see any variations of emotion.
A good amount of you have met me out on Woodward and have seen that im a pretty chill guy. Yea i get excited about cars and such but i dont sit around just talking about my car and myself.
As for Jays examples I can see how they would be seen as trying to boost my ego, but honestly I wasnt trying to do that. First off i didnt just come out of no where braggin about the girl thing. There was a comment saying "Jerry you need to get some". So yea i may have went overboard with my response but it was a response. As for the famous people i simply mentioned seeing people. How does that have anything to do with my ego? How is it a ego boost to say you have seen famous people? I personally dont view someone as "cooler" if they have seen famous people haha. Hell people see famous people at sporting events and all. Also as i recall i have never said i can drag my knee through the corners.

Jay your right, when i get back i would like to ride with you guys but please dont flatter yourself thinking you guys are the only ones in Michigan that i know that ride, and that i would be able to ride with.
Thanks for looking out for me and glad you could call me out on this, though I know there are a few others here that could use the same thing. I mean seriously who would ever thought that they would encounter people with "ego problems" on a testosterone filled automobile message board. Hell this has to be the calmest board, ego wise i have ever been on

OK, I don't like bling on anything but even this none rider knows what extended swing arms are for, strainght line, as in drag racing. Now I realize you guys are probably talkikn about posers but you can't say they always suck on a 7-8 sec bike. :smt025

I have seen a few 'busa turbo show bikes... lowered and stretched to gain wheel base = front wheel stays closer to the ground under that power... so yea they are show bikes but they are capable of 9 sec passes...
