plus even if you do ride right you still are extremely vulnerable to get beat down(read: run over). But, here in central CA, most of the cops have an unwritten rule that assume the guy on the bike was at least 60% at fault unless there's sufficient evidence to prove otherwise...all because of guys that jump on bikes just to go fast. Race tracks are for going fast, not the open road.
If you don't respect a bike on the road you'll be turned into hamburger; don't respect it on a track and most of the time you'll just get your ass handed to you but death/vegetable state is not anywhere near out of the question.
