got my endorsement

Well i finished my MSF class. It was well worth the money and i learned a ton about riding. I thought i knew a lot but turns out i knew nothing lol. Well i passed the written with 100% and got zero points on the skills test(points are bad lol). Off to the DMV on monday to get a Arizona License so it transfers to Michigan....

it was funny because the teacher was really suprised how low i could get compared to everyone else in turns like the 130* one... even though i was on a lil ninja 250 :}n . By saying i didnt know much was because i learned so much on dirtbikes i had to change a lot of things to keep me on the bike and off the pavement. An example is in a rear tire skid. On a dirtbike if the rear tires goes into a skid you can let off the rear brake and it will correct itself. If on a street bike you let go of the rear brake then the bike will shoot back to the center. So if the rear tire is skidding out to the right and you let off the brake then the rear will snap to the left while the handlebars will turn all the way to the right locking position so fast that you will just launch yourself off. This would be a highside which we have all seen in the motoGP movies where the riders fly lol
So:
letting off the rear brake in a skid on a dirtbike = okay.
letting off the rear brake in a skid on a street bike = fly like superman.

If anyone else is looking to get a bike i highly suggest you take this course. It was worth ever cent i payed and not to mention it was fun.

As for bikes... i have begun looking and i may be bringing home a new toy with me to michigan in May :smt077 Arizona Bike Week is a huge deal out here and its march like 28th- april 9th.... so hopefully i can make it out there :smt077
