i was reading the post she made... that isnt the whole video... the guy got out of the car and said she hit him lol.... she didnt break any bones or anything but it will be usefull in court... i guess the cop had a good laugh after watching it too

especially because cops look at the biker before the car person first when it comes to fault. Hell this guy jumped out of his car... checked that his cell phone was alright.. asked if she was alright then just went on to blame her when it was clearly his fault.

Gesus christ...what an asshole....

I dont see why that guy even needed to swerve....looks like he pulled his e-brake or something. But the good thing was one....he/she looked to be alive....two, all those people stoped to help, and three, all bullshit stops when the tape is viewed.

ugh. that kinda freaks me out. there's a lot of damn stupid drivers like that around here in fresno, there are an alarming amount of accidents like that. the dipshit was probably talking on his phone not watching traffic, looked up and swerved while flooring the brake pedal. there seriously needs to be a competency test for being able to drive.
she left all kinds of room in front of her too. I like to stay out of people's blind spots but she didn't have much for options on that one.
