Alter Ego

Anyone have a Joe Rocket Alter Ego or Super Ego? I'm looking at getting one in a few months when it starts warming up. Right now I have a Ballistic that's a few years old, it's nice but it won't vent enough for warmer weather. I tried on the Alter Ego but I'd like to order the Super Ego(same as the Alter but has a leather outer).

I really like the 3 layer idea, it's got an outer shell that zips off and a pretty thick liner, both remove for a padded mesh.
Just wondering if any of you guys have either and how you like it.

Naz, can you PM me a price on a SuperEgo?

i have riden in 115* heat in Arizona... i was wearing a joe rocket leather jacket... but i dont remember what one. Had the zipper vents as well as the shoulder scoops. All i know is it was hot but id rather have the leather sliding on the ground then a textile jacket. Accidents hurt but road rash just makes everything even worse. I have seen a few textile jackets that just shredded when they slid...

44 is too small for me... the arms are going to be too short... i usually wear my buddies 48 and that fits really good and tight (how it should)... plus my mom said she would get me one for my b'day as an early present if needed lol

so i may be getting one sooner then thought. Going to be taking the MSC in AZ because the license as i found out will transfer. So i gotta sign up for a weekend(they dont fill up here like MI). So im trying to work out with my dad to get a small loan (2500-3000) just to help me out until i get back and can sell my car...

keepin my options open and lookin for a
-03-05 R6 (blue preforably)
-01+ GSXR 600 (blue preforably)
-03+ 600RR (black preforably)

once i get my license my buddy is letting me use his 500 enduro till i get my own bike :smt077
