I just got a Quantum F brain bucket for 280 out the door and got a tinted visor for free from a friend. pretty stoked about that. and yesterday was the first day it's been sunny and warm here for a while so a few of us went for a ride.

I wanted an rx-7 corsair colin edwards replica to match my new bike, but they don't fit my head at all.

my friends that have owned arais always said there was a big difference. I got two HJC's for free so I've been using those until now. It's a lot nicer than I thought. The quantum f isn't the quietest, just a little more than the HJC's I have but it's light and vents very well.

I've retired one Quantum(4yrs old), have another for the chicks, One that's retired due to Autographs(Schwantz,Hodgson,Edwards), and my current track lid is a RX-7, I have a X-11 Shoei for the street. You'll have great service from the Arai-they hold up well.

arais just dont fit my head.i kno arais can be custom fit, but i really love my IIcon. fot my head perfect. li loud on the wind end of it though

The Icons are a little heavier, but really seem like the fit and finish are good and will hold up really well over time. How do they compare when it comes to wind noise?

damn good price...

i tried on a few brands and i got my mind set on the AGV Ti-tech helmet... it fit the best....
