I think the police are just trying to let everyone know they're there. It seems as though there are still times when a quick 1-2 (maybe a bit of 3 depending on your gearing, ha) is still possible from time to time. However, for those that saw the yellow Z06 race the black Evo last night, both ended up with drag racing tickets. I thought I knew the guy in the Z06 but I wasn't sure. I found out earlier this morning it was him. I feel bad for him, but he's cool with what happened...he knows it's his own fault. I just mounted 345 drag radials for that Vette at work on Saturday. He finished breaking in his clutch earlier yesterday before getting the ticket, haha. The car hasn't even ran much since January!

I wouldn't count yourself out either Slim. With 505hp on tap in the Super V you're looking at 430 to the rear wheels...tops.

After your pulley change and retune, you'll have at least that!
