I have gone through one 10bolt. It was fine before I put gears in it, I could leave at 4k on bfg's and hook up without worrying. Then I swapped a textralia clutch in my car, 4.10's girdle and the et radials and snapped the axle and ate the gears up on the second launch. that was enough of the 10bolt for me.. You being an auto I wouldn't worry TOO much about it..although plenty auto cars break 10bolts too. Keep it from hopping and you should be alright for awhile.

i wouldnt even say that hop is ruining my 60's. the tires are just spinning and spinning. i kno wheel hop is the worst thing but i havent really experienced it. once i get some relocat brackets il be done with the suspension. time for some mac-mid length headers! o yah!

wheel hop is what causes the tire to spin. When the suspension loads then it suddenly unloads(wheel hop) and there is not weight on the tire and it spins. Just think of slamming the gas going over a speed bump... they are going to jump and spin... same theory.

if you really want traction get the LCA lowering brackets and a Torque arm is a must
