Theres no argument here. Porsche is a superb track car, the handling is amazing. Ever look at the slalom speeds?

The problem with porsches which i hate so much about them is that these rediculous middle aged mid life crisis men buy these cars and dont ever put them through their paces. In effect wasting all of the engineering marvel that went into making a car such an effective handling monster. They buy the car not for the amazing suspension technology and weight balance, but for the status symbol. Which is wrong to do behind any wheel whether it be vette or porsche or ferrari.

I still hate the people who drive porsche without realizing the potential that they have on the TRACK.

And the bastards that drive a 911 TT in the middle of winter through snow. Its rediculous. (Ive seen them inGrosse Pointe)

i dont think any cars are mid life crisis cars lol.. people just buy what they like... wether it be a kia or a McLaren F1... shit drive what ya like!

Yeah everybody on this site and any other decent automotive club probably will not go out and buy any fast expensive car just because of a mid life crisis.

But i have known and seen people who didnt know dick about cars and think that the more they spend or if they go with a pricey european manufacturer that they buy, it is more of a status symbol. They will buy a porsche and think they are hot shit just because of the price tag all while not knowing anything about being able to push the car to its limits in a professional and controlled situation.

Compare it with those punk biotches who drive around in Escalades who were purchased by their daddy and then they pay car tunes a leg and a kidney and some blood to put in a banging sound system and then roll around like badasses up an down gratiot until 4am yelling at female minors in shitboxes.

hey, you can't hate on something that is fast. but you can hate on their looks. porsches are incredibly ugly to me.
