WANTED: Internal Style Coil Spring Compressor

u dont need it
just use a floor jack

Ok i was thinking about doing that but i couldnt figure out where to pu the jack.

I have the control arm completely free and it was extended all the way, theres nothing else connected to it or around it except for the spring, i wanna remove the spring before i remove the control arm.

Where am i placing this jack now?

gotta break the ball joint loose then the spring falls out
losten the ball joint nut do not take it all the way off leave a few threads on . If you have a pickle fork use it
If you dodnt just poung the socket of the control arm till it pops.
then it falls of and the spring is helfd by that one 10 mm bolt with the strapie

oh no shit theres a strap bolt up in the hole? I didnt have a light last night so i didnt see it.

Ok cuz i popped the ball join and dropped the control arm, its hanging as low as it can go but it still wouldnt come out. I will go try here in a few minutes.
