17x9 10th Anniversary Cobra wheels and tires

Rims are perfect...wheel clip weights have been removed and replaced with tape weights. Tires are Eagle F1's 275/40/17. Two are at 90% tread while the other two are 15%. They come with the black SVT center caps. I bought these and never even had a chance to put them on my car yet. I need all the money I can get this semester. Thanks.
