The house is a 1000 sq-ft ranch with a full basement that is 1/2 finished. It's a cool little house in Redford that is on a gravel road but you only have to drive maybe 20 feet on the gravel part coming in off of 5 mile.
I'm asking $800.00/mo. rent or $1000.00/mo. lease w/option to buy. You guys already know how to get a hold of me but just incase.
