My running lights on the drivers side in the front dont stay on but flash when u turn on the turn signal. I found out my horn is missisng. Could this be the problem?

something could be shorted to your turn signals, follow the wiring out of the them and see if they are connected to your headlamps

burnt bulb, short. couple o things.

Check the short first, then just replace the bulbs.
