70 Nova LS6 454

My question as a new member is this.I have a 70 Nova since 71 with an original factory 454 has anybody heard of anything like this happening on the assemblyline? I do remember that 402 L78 were in short supply as this was the first use and this car needed a head right off the bat and chevy didnt have any anywhere. This came off the line with this engine which was more available due to corvett use in 69. Whats the poop?
