Hello from S.E. Texas and Oklahoma

Hello to everyone. I am an Oklahoman living in Texas. I moved from Claremore, OK (Tulsa area) 2 1/2 years ago to Lumberton, TX (Beaumont area). I am an avid musclecar lover, classic Mustangs in particular. I also like old Trans Am's and GTO's. I currently own a 1994 Mustang GT as a daily driver; and a 1969 Mustang Fastback that I use as my club car. The '69 is currently going through a motor swap and I hope to have it back on the road in a couple of weeks. I am also the current Treasurer of the Wild Horse Mustang Club (www.wildhorsemustangclub.com).

Thought I would throw a few pictures up. I wish I had better pictures, but this will have to do for now.

I don't have any good pictures of the '94. It is slowly becoming my beater as it needs quite a bit of work to get it in pristine condition again. I have underdrive pulleys and BBK shorties. I'm not much into making it a wild street car or anything, just my daily driver.

As far as the new motor for the '69, it is a 351W bored .040 with a Comp 270H cam, D5OE heads home ported on the exhaust side, Weiand Stealth intake, double roller timing chain, etc... Nothing special, just a bump in cubic inches and a little more go power when the need arises.

I will post updates as I get closer to putting the '69 back on the street. My next step is to weld in a patch panel for the front fender apron where the battery acid has eaten through. I hope to do that this weekend. And then the following weekend drop my motor in, of course after I clean up and repaint the engine bay.
