noob from SE Michigan

My buddy is restoring a 72 RS Z28 he bought in 1973. It has 19,000 miles on it.
I'm looking for a camaro to go to shows and m&gs with him.
I keep flipflopping from a 1st or 2nd gen to a 4th gen.
I'll need at least a 350 with a manual.

BTW - what's an M6? Be nice, I'm a noob! :)
