Newbie from Sweden

Hi everybody!

Just a short "who am I":

Live in Sweden, married and mother of four girls. Besides them, my pride and joy; a´82 Camaro. Bought it August 2003, ripped it apart and rebuilt it, finished in May 2004.
Got a mail from this site and thought i´d check it out. Nice to see all your cars!

Swedish is my native language, bare with me here!

Thanx you all!

It´s not unususal to se a girl/woman driving an american car in Sweden but it´s not that common to se the same girl doing all the work on the car herself.

Peoples interest in american cars here in Sweden and the other scandinavian countries is high and is getting higher every year. Where are over 5.000 Camaros registered for example. Take a look at some of my friends cars at… http://photobucket.com/albums/b180/GBN/

Below, a picture from a small meet last summer.

Nothern Europé´s biggest meet is Power Big Meet though, visiting cars from all over Europe in the summer. In july 2005 there were over 10,000 cars gathered for four days. http://www.bigmeet.com/

On this particular meet there were just around 30 4th gen F-bods.
They were parked in another area of the field away from the camera.

In the front row in the bottom of the picture you can se my blue camaro and the red GTA next to it belonged (now sold) to my husband. Also had our chevy astro with us for the kids and had a friend to drive it. Also have a chevy pickup -l-l- (we don´t drive volvos despite our nationality)
