1985 Buick Grand National - 490 miles

Hello,

I am going to be selling a 1985 Buick Grand National. This car has only 490 actual miles on it and is mint.

It is, of course a one owner car and had been garage kept for 20 years. It is an awesome car.

I am just seeing the interest on this car or if I need to find a different place for a special car such as this.

Comments, suggestions and personal interest is welcome.

Thanks

Forgive me if im wrong but this ad seems fishy. Where are you located? This is quite the rare vehicle here, i think in this circumstance if you are serious you should repost bearing the selling rules in mind.

Sorry for the incomplete info.

The VIN # 1G4GK4793FP422926.

There have been NO modifications.

The car was purchased at J.B.R Buick Inc in Kingsport Tennessee on 9/6/85. I think the dealership has since changed hands.

There are a few scratches (EXTREMELY minor) on the hood. The cat used to sleep on the hood. One has to look really hard to find them.

I have the original sticker, all documentation etc even the old payment book from GMAC.

The car needs two hydralic (sp) rods for the hood. I think they are $20 or $30 each. They are the support rods, one on each side that holds up the hood when it is raised.

It runs and looks perfect and still even smells new. It is amazing to me.

The car is my sister's who kept the car after a divorce settlement.

Hope this helps..........

Am I retarded? I still don't see a price?

Anyway, I would say Hemmings would be a better spot for a vehicle such as this. There are many high line/rare/special vehicles there and they do sell for mucho $$$$

It's too bad it's not an 86/87, I would have to say one of those showroom new will always fetch more than a hot-air.

I'm just trying to help and am curious about the price, that's all. :smt048

How about a price and location ?

I am very interested. If I don`t buy it, I can certainly help you find a buyer. I have owned a handful of these cars and have several outlets for it. But.......a price is most important right now.
Thanks !
Looking forward to hearing from you !!

My interpretation of the post is that I think the guy is asking if there would be any interest in such a car and if so, what would it be worth.
I have an 87 Grand National, with 29 miles, been in storage since purchased, never driven.
Nice to see another one with low miles.
