Need to sell my Trans Am-price drop-$10K!!!

SOLD!!

Recent events are making it advisable for me to choose a more “family friendly” vehicle to drive every day. I’ve only had my TA for a short time (about a year) but I think I can part with it. Here’s the low down:

2000 Trans Am, Navy Blue Metallic
54K miles
Automatic transmission
Ebony Interior, Leather seats
T-tops
Recent SLP Loudmouth exhaust
Aftermarket Lid and Granatelli MAF
Hypertech PP3

There’s over a year (and 20K miles) left of a $0 deductible extended warranty – GM Protection Plan Major Guard that can be transferred to the new owner for a $35 fee.

The car has a dent in the right rear quarter (Professional quotes were $500-650) and a few parking lot-type nicks/scratches. Interior is flawless.

I just put on a set of graphite ZR1/SS rims. Whether you want those or the stock 16” 5 spoke chromes would determine the final price.

Basically, the car isn’t mint condition, but is pretty nice, and definitely loud and quick. I think it’s also a good deal for the relatively low miles and the available warranty.

I’m asking $10K or best.

I haven’t found a new vehicle to buy yet, but if you’re interested, let me know, and I’ll go buy a new one before I sell this one.

I’m located over in Eric’s neck of the woods if anyone is interested in coming by to take a look.

There’s a couple pics in my post in the member’s rides section, about 12 down, posted by BirdofPrey

Post up here or PM me if interested.

Thanks,
John

Oh yeah, the VIN is 2G2FV22G8Y2160790

I'm not totally sure yet for a new car. I've always been partial to W-bodies, like a Grand Prix or Impala. Wife's got a regular cab Ranger that will probably need to go as well. I was thinking maybe a Pontiac Vibe for her.

I've had my share of fast cars and bikes, so the above mentioned vehicles would be a real change of pace, but I think I can let the speed bug go.
