it means To The Top. its black with silver stripes. limo tint. i can get a pic with my camera phone. it doesnt do it justice, but il try for ya.

jay, im going to tell my buddy to buy your neon. He has one already but its not quite the pocket rice rocket he wants it to be, im sure he would be so happy with the 5-spd. Plus it will give him something other than his daily driver to tune up.
