testing waters: '89 IROC coupe

basically i'm just testing the waters because i found an EXTREMELY enticing deal that i would much like to take advantage of. i would need this car gone to pay for the other one.

this car just underwent a restoration completed March '06. it's SUPER clean, the main things i can think of to make it nicer are a new dash, have the rear seats re-dyed (the sun faded the black portions) and that's about it. my dad and i repainted the ENTIRE car. there was one very small scratch that was put on the passenger door from the buffer we were using. it's hardly noticible at all. i guess that's what happens when you paint a car in your garage

the car will get a tune up this weekend and is also getting the windows tinted on friday (35% front and 20% rear)

if you have questions, ask. it has 91,xxx original miles, it is an all original 305 TPI/700R4 IROC-Z coupe.

not sure if this is a dumb question but u said it was fully restored in 06, then why arent the dash and seats fixed? thanks

sorry for taking so long to get back to you. i've been busy with the end of school and such.

to answer your question, the car has been restored...meaning it has had new body panels, new paint, the worst parts of the car have been fixed including problems with the mechanics of the car....i dont believe that the nit picky things like a single crack in the dash are going to keep me from selling it :smt045

i don't know, but i would fix those nit-picky things and store it. in 20 years, the value will go up. it will be like older camaros now. as you said, its super clean, and numbers matching. i want to see that on the block at a barret jackson car show in like 35 years going for 100k.
