Had to shine the dubs up today, pain in the ass. Now that I will be driving this car more in the rain and such, can't let the wheels go like I usually do. I didn't use the mothers ball because I figured why go through all that trouble if the rims are just going to get dirty again. I just cleaned'em with some water and then took some mothers polish to them with a microfiber wrag. I'm pritty just doing it so they don't pit, fog up, and rust(The clearcoats off of'em.) It's a big pain in the ass, but I think it's worth it. Nice thing about polished rims is you can always fix'em if they scratch, get a little curb side rash, or start to pit. Just take a little sand paper to'em and some polish and they will be fine(little more steps than that, but you know what I mean.) See you can't do that with chrome, they start to pit, flake off, or rub'em on the curb you're fucked. Kind of sucks, but chrome does look a little better I'd have to say. I guess it depends what you like and how deep your pockets are
