out of commision
Well im out of commision for a while i destroyed my ankle today playing lacrosse i rolled it till he bottom of my foot was facing up and i tore all the ligamnets i cant move it or put any pressure on it. so no driving for a while. cant wait to be back in my car.
theres a pic i took wit my fone not too good but you can see the swelling. |

I did the same in lacrosse... although i would have rather broke it then tear all the shit because the pain. Heal up fast man.

glucosamine and chondroitin supplements can help sprains and tears heal.
My ortho gave me that after I blew out my knee in HS. my kneecap still doesn't track quite right.

well the orthopedist said its a grade 3 sprain whatever the hell that means its supposedly the worst sprain u can get i have a cast on it for at least 2 weeks then i mite need surgery or a brace so well see. but i get to relax nicely they loaded me up with perkasets lol :smt077

of the cast.
lol my girlfriend wanted to decorate my cast and write on it (ex the hearts on the side.) so i made her add something id enjoy lol had her draw a z28 logo. tommorow ima try for the firebird logo lol |
