wouldn't it be a little more accurate to compare the 5.0, not cobra, to the z28 for mid 90's? Or to just make it completely unfair, jump up a few years to the LS1 F body.

I have nothing against the early 90's 5.0's, I think they're a lot of fun and have considered buying one before...I'd just rather have an LT1 or LS1 because they're better engines.

Imho why are we comparing a cobra to a z28? I would think a SS would be better material?

Nice TA too! I love the part where you both pull out and get sideways.

And to back up white phoenix I can keep up with and smoke older 5.0 stangs in my very slightly modded M5 6 cyl Camaro. The newer gts put up more of a fight but I can hang with em pretty well. The 6cyl stangs are a cake walk. by the time I am in 3rd gear they are already in the rear view mirror. :smt077
