The two new cars on here..

My all-stock Buick Regal JA. 3.8 with a blower, bald tires, just a fast daily driver. Current times (as of this last Sunday) average 14.99@ 96 MPH, best of 14.78@ 94.5 MPH. Nothing too big here. The headlight is out in the pic because it's a factory design..the headlight pops out with two clips and comes straight out.

OK, the one worth mentioning...This is my '87 Diplomat. Nothing is sacred with this beast. It sports a '71 360, with a Comp Cams XE262, Edelbrock performer intake with a Carter 625 carb, Mopar Performance ignition, and coming up soon, a twin electric fan setup out of a '94 Intrepid. Transmission is a aluminium-cased A833 four-speed with the internals out of a '70 gearbox. Plenty of handmade stuff for the fourspeed (except maybe 20 total between 77-79, NO "M" body Mopar came with manual trans) and all of the power goes to a 8 3/4 rear with flyer 2.91 gears. Don't be mistaken, she pulls hard in 2nd and 3rd, where I wanted her. If I baby it, she'll even pull about 22-24 mpg. Interior is half-gutted (the never-ending project, lol) and the stereo is a stocker out of a '96 Stratus hooked to Infinity speakers. I figure the total cost so far to be about $4000 total, including cost of car and cost of custom paint (dk. Metallic Blue that tints to black). I like it, everyone that's ridden in it or driven it likes it, and I have plenty of support. Unfortunately, due to a irritating electrical problem right now, I don't have a track time yet. I'm working on it!
