My 1968 Camaro

This is my 1968 Camaro when i first got it a year ago. My Dad and I have redone most of the interior. Now we are swapping the stock 38 year old 327 for a 2 year old gen III 6.0 liter LQ9 from a '04 Escalade. Pretty cool when your not even 16 yet.



Sorry for the crappy pic. More pics when were done. Were hoping to be crusing woodward during dream cruise.

Here are two pics from when we test fit the engine.



Its just resting in not mounted yet we just wanted to get a look at what we were getting our selves into.



This is the front view from this view you can tell were gonna need a cowl hood. If we have it done by dream cruise it probably wont have a hood . So we will be easly spotted.

The LQ9 was cheaper and its basicaly the same thing but the blocks cast iron and it is a 6 liter.

Yep. You can get more for less with the Cadillac LQ9.

Have you seen the new L92 6.2l in the 2006 Escaclades!!!
