you sound alot like me. If you like working on cars... designing parts and such i think you would like engineering.

yeah, and all the engineering courses actually turn out to be math courses with story problems instead of theory.

Yeah... looking what you will make is also a good way to look at things, since in the end the only reason you get the degree is to make a decent living.

But you must have the drive to do well otherwise you wont make that $$ (nothing is handed to you)

Damn straight, if you exceed in wherever your higher education is at and attack your job with the same vigor you should have no problem making good cash
