Altenator problems??

Ok i notice it more in tha mornings my lights are kinda flashing and i can see the needle bobbing...but when it warms up it stops.
Also when i run it hard for a few seconds the guage drops...the car even died on me. At first i thought it was a govenor kicking in but it wasnt

your alternator may not be charging your battery like it should and so your running your car off of battery rather then alternator

chech it w/ a voltmeter to see if its putting out a sufecient voltage id guess some where around 14 volts??? corect me someone if im wrong

alternator

the regulator built internally in the alternator os the culperit. replace it
