New wheels ordered for my SS

I ordered new wheels for my SS. I didn't really need new wheels until I baught new tires and when they were installed the installation guy gouged all four wheels, so they (Tires Plus) are buying me new wheels! They are SSR GT7-H 18X9.5 and weigh only 20 lbs/ea.

Thats cool that the tire shop is buying you some wheels but how the hell did he gouge all four wheels??

I guess the kid that put them on just didn't know how to get the tires on without gouging the rims.
