Torque Converter and Rearend

Ok ive got the weakest, lowest stallin converter you can get for my car, if i change that will that help very much and Is it worth the $98.00 bucks?

I found a 3.73 ring and pinion set but what do i look for to see if it fits, its for 7.5" 10 bolt rearend, what else or is that it? its $136

changing the converter will give ya hte best bang for the buck, and if you can pick up a good converter for 98 bucks GO FOR IT!

as far as the rear goes i think you've got an 8.5" 10-bolt but dont quote me on that...if you have a 7.5" dont waste your cash doing anything to it...a couple hard launches and itll explode

Not hard at all. Just make sure you aren't going with too high of a stall. Converters need to be matched to what you have. If not, it will make your car slower over all and the miliage will go to chit.
