Torque wrench needed

Hey guys,

I was wondering if someone wouldn't mind letting me use a torque wrench to tighten down my new wheel/tire setup. I don't own one and don't really want to put out the money for one at this point. PLEASE MEMBERS! I really need your help on this one.

thanks!

Rob

mine was like $90 but you can get them for like $35 at murrays... you pay for the accuracy but for torquing lug nuts you really dont have to worry... but on engine building its a whole other deal

Although.. torque on a bolt is still a very inaccurate way of measuring the axial clamping force. All it takes is a different lube or lacktherof to make a torque reading completely useless.

Bolt stretch (strain) gauges are where its at!
(well at least for the really accurate stuff that you can reach.. conrods, etc..)
