4L60E help

Ok, so my 4L60E won't perform the 2-3 shift under wide open throttle but it will shift at 1/2 or even 3/4 throttle. I've taken it to a transmission shop and all they installed a Trans Go shift kit, new servos or boost valves, and wider bands. I took the car out to the strip a few weeks later and it still had the problem so I took it back to the shop and they ran a scan on the transmission and they said that the TPS was at full voltage but the transmission still isn't shifting. Basically told me that it was a CPU problem. I took it to the dealership to get it diagnosed and all they could tell me is that all the parameters are correct and there are no trouble codes present. The transmission is still messed and I really need to get this fixed so I can get back to the strip. Any ideas on how to fix this?

that clutch pack could be burnt or burning up, thus no shift...

Bad clutches slip, and won't prevent it from engaging at the right time, just won't do it in a controlled fasion.

It could be a lot of things. One that comes right to mind is the detent cable being misadjusted. THe other is that it needs to be retuned. Did you have the prob before you have the shift kit and other work done? I do know also that those transmissions need to be tuned for a shift kit, it may not like what it is doing with the stock configuration.
