Questions about Corvettes and Camaros PLEASE LOOK

Would i be able to put a 1968 camaro ss "frame" on a 1999 corvette chassis? would i be able to put a 2000+ Corvette suspension on a 1968 camaro ss?

You know Im by no means a Master Technician for cars, but Im pretty sure you just asked if you can put a frame of one car to the chassis of another. Meaning your gonna put two frames on top of each other lol, try to ask your question more clearly.
