Need 700-r4 or 4l60e auto trans

I need to swap a 97 chevy truck 5-speed for a 700-r4 or 4l60e tranny. Trans has 155,000 mi. on it - truck has been wrecked. :smt023

I have a 700R4 out of a 1989 Camaro RS V6 2.8L had 130k miles but shifted like a dream. Never abused.
