you used an allignemt tool right? how about correct torque specs?

yes and yes...correct torque specs on EVERYTHING....im pyscho about that crap...even torqued the rear of the torque arm to the recommended 97 ft-lbs

something aint rite, id pull the tranny back out you will see where the contact is. I saw that once it was the clutch hub hitting the pressure plate fingers

(at school now)

after talking to a bunch of people i'm going to crawl underneath the car tonight and have my roomate turn the motor over...should help me locate where the contact is...ill keep ya updated :smt023

if that was the problem then wouldnt the car always be in gear? and perhaps stall when the clutch was pushed in and shifter put into gear?
