Rain-X

Ok, i personally use RainX windshield washer fluid in my car. I have used the treatment cream that you do once a month as well on my mirrors and other windows.

The stuff is the best thing i have ever used in my entire life. The water doesnt even stick to the window and snow is gone in one swipe.

I have had no clouding, residue or any other damage that i have noticed and i have been using the product for 9 months.

One downside is after immediate application and buffing of the window when using the alcohol based cream treatment is that i looks like there is a greasy residue or smear on the window. it could be the way im applying but it dissapears after the next wash and is good for a month.

I give rainx 10/10. Does anyboy else use it and love it as much as i do?

I love RainX although my dad says it rots your windsheild wipers. Doesn't seem to affect mine.

This reminds that I need to reapply. Haven't done it in a long time. Even with bad wipers, if you have rainx, it doesn't matter.

Thats what this guy told me too, that it rots your windshield wipers hardcore but i have not had that problem either. But you should replace your wipers like every season anyways right?

You gotta try the washer fluid that just goes in the reservoir, that works just as good and it beats trying to clean and apply when its 1 degree outside.

EDIT: I just noticed, NC, sorry you dont get 1 degree weather :smt076

1 degree definately isn't the norm although I have felt it before. Very few times though.

I would do as you suggested but I removed my washer reservoir to make room for the supercharger tubing. Maybe I should take all that off and put the reservoir back in there. :smt048 :smt071 :/}i
