some questions

I need to know what the difference or if there is a difference between the stock lt-1 harmonic balancer and a fluid dampener which one do I need if I am building a 383 bored and stroked and running a turbo?

also I have an upgraded radiator (aluminum with plastic sides 3 core) the stock one if I remember correctly was a metal 3 core radiator with this aluminum be enough to handle approx 500-550rwhp with an electric water pump?

also I am thinking about running a delteq ignition sytem (coil pack conversion) do I need to buy a msd or accel box to help with the ignition system?

stock balancer will only work if you crank is internaly balanced if you use a 400 crank with the mains cut down you need a 400 balance and flexplate/flywheel the fluid balancer is better and requerred buy nhra/ ihra for saftey after 10.99 i think and sfi cert. flexplate/flywheel
