I need some LS1 Advice!

Not to sound condesending but at 20 you cant possibly be prepared for the reality and temperment of a 700+ HP engine
I bought my first performance Car at 20 and it was nowhere near as fast as a stock LS1. You really need some seat time in your ride before you think about adding all that Horsepower.
High HP Cars become single purpose which means driving it sucks unless your right foot is touching the fanblades (It's only Fun at WOT) If your looking to be the baddest car on the street than forget it, someone is always faster.
Put the money where it will do the most good Chassis and Suspension. All the power in the world wont help you if you can't get it to the ground.
After that move to Bolt-ons and tuning
then Heads and Cam
You will be surprised how fast the car will get with just simple modifications.
A brake upgrade will be a good idea also.
