yes it is a little big for your heads but if you plan on doing your heads down the road...say a year from now you will be happy you put in this cam...id say go with a cc305 if you never plan to do head work

i do plan to do head work eventually maybe a year from now maybe 18 months but my heads are going to get done sometime in the future as quickly as i can.

i personally would do the GM847 a little tamer then the cc306 but put down the same results...good cam only results but even better with heads...with a decent set of heads and the gm847 your looking at about 400-420hp to the wheels

damn that sounds like a good cam to me. ill have to check that out u said u think its made by crane cams? what website could i visit to find this cam? could i go ahead and put it in even though i dont plan on gettin ported heads for a year or so?

who would you suggest i send my heads to for when i get them done? because in a year or sooner if i can im going to get my heads done and i need suggestions on who to send them to.:smt025

for heads... Loyd Elliot ... hes an LT1 god lol
Yes for stock heads you will be fine. This cam is/was my plan but i may change directions due to being in college lol... im poor

my problem is i need a daily driver before i start to mod mine... this is my second car that im going head first into and im just now realizing i need a way to get to places and have a reliable car... so i gotta get one before i loose the reliability of my car
that or ive been think of getting a bike... or better put... when my dad says i can be put on his insurance for the bike ill get one. Im about 50% there. He doesnt have much of an arguement as he had a bike for 5 years and got it when he was 21 (which i will be when/if i get one).
