1. Remove serp. belt and intake assemb.
check
2. remove crank pulley
check
3. drain coolant and remove all hoses and water pump
check
4. remove opti-spark
check
5. Put new opti on
check
6. put crank pulley on
check
7. test fire the engine
check
btw i disassembled the opti properly and discovered that when you're tachin 4grand in 2nd gear at wot on a 123k mile opti, the rotor explodes :smt076
so then i uhm...continued...to uh...further..."disasseble" the uh...old opti...yea :smt077
