Have you heard the new Billy Idol single? It isn't bad but not near as good as the old stuff. Just thought I would stick it in there.

yup your clutch is dead....the stock one isnt too great...drive it as long as you can until you can afford a spec stage 2...dont get a centerforce for a LT1...they suck...if you cant afford the spec stage 2 i know a ton of people tha buy the autozone clutch (actually its the LT4 one) with the lifetime warrany and you can beat the shit out of it and not worry about anything becuase they will replce it when it does bad :smt045

MAAAAAAAAAAN, I was gonna say Bon Jovi! And dammit, I like his stuff.
P.S., not sure if I addressed this or not but I am too tired to look, I don't recomend driving on a slipping clutch very long, it causes a LOT of heat and can damage main bearings and a few other things. I bet I have said this in here but here goes again, Stay away from RAM, that much I can say, they are POS mo-fos and their clutches suck too. I deffinately recomend anything from Spec and love my III sooooooooo much :smt055

Spec III here and it should only be a little bit rough/chatter until broken in. It takes a little skill in finding out how it likes to work in normal driving but I can even shift at 2000 with no complaints what so ever and heal toe down shifting is butter smooth. Also drove one in my buddies old LS1 SS and it was the same for me. I have deffinately grown to love it.
