Broke

Well guys I don't know how much cruisin I will be doing this year
I broke something in the engine this week.
Definetly sounds like Valvetrain, maybe bent Pushrod or colapsed lifter She makes a Ticking noise that changes to a Click as rpm increases
Still driveable but not long term.
With a Baby due in the next few weeks the funds just aren't there to fix it.
Might take the opportunity to replace the entire valve train when it does get done. Cam Springs Lifters Pushrods Timing chain and maybe an oil pump for good measure.
97,000 miles and the clutch out lasted the engine. :smt017
