it looks good! any possiblility of a custom billet pulley as well? its in such a prominent location i'd hate to just have a plain looking pulley.

If this one from Thunder racing works on the stock tensioner there's no reason why it wouldnt work on ours.

yeah.. ive seen that.. kinda cheezy IMO

i was talking about an actual billet pulley, not a cap... Oh well

Interesting idea. We have pulley blanks and could make them on CNC.

Thats the way my powersteering pulley was done..

I agree, for anyone with access (i.e. connections) to a good machine shop and the ablility to make some prints you should be able to get it made cheaper.

However, if i were to design a One-Off part just like that here at my work, the shops would probably charge just that much(if not more).. not to mention i would make zero profit.

Prototype and small quantity items are big $$... you dont even what to know what machine shops charge for some of that stuff..
