Spoiler holes...

Anyone had spoiler holes or similar filled and painted by a body shop? Where did you go? How much did it cost? I got a quote once for it, and it was as expensive as just buying a new decklid without holes and having it painted.. :smt090

that sounds about wright they labor to pay a guy to weld up holes, gind, fill,prime, and then paint body shops charger like $80+ an hour what kind of car how big are the holes i can weld them up but can"t paint its just to hard to color match even harder if the car is older and paint fadded 3 or 4 years it will fad

I was thinking of removing the spoiler from my 05 mustang.. it's less than a year old so the paint is probably not faded much yet, and I think the holes are somewhere around 1/3 inch diameter.
