Questions about Corvettes and Camaros

Would i be able to put a 1968 camaro ss "frame" on a 1999 corvette chassis? would i be able to put a 2000+ Corvette suspension on a 1968 camaro ss?

that really kinda depends how much fabbing are you willing to do? do you just want the suspension or do you want the frame too? oh and why would you want to take old tech and put it on new? makes no sense unless for some reason it does and i havent figured it out yet.
