Tune Up

kk, ive got a 1993 ford splash 245ci 4.0 V6, i dont know too much bout fords so. . . whats some suggestions for a tune up, wires, plugs, etc. i want more power. . . but its my gas saver i dont wana hurt the gas mileage. . . help

Take off and clean the intake manifold. Flush the oil and apply new oil.

Just make it efficient. CAI, headers, porting, exhaust, roller rockers, ignition, wires, plugs, synthetic fluid and the like will all help free up and add some hp whjile giving you better miliage.

nooooo, im not tryin to sooup it up, i know how to do that but like whats the best plugs? whats the best wires? best coil pac?
