SFC Installer

Who did you go with to have your SFC's installed? I'm thinking about going with Walsh Motorsports, but would love to hear everyone else's experiences. Thanks.

weld in? bolt in? hopefully weld in.

Well i would think anyplace that can make a weld can install subframe connectors. Unfortunately i need a lot more practice before i touch anything outside of bits of scrap in my garage.

And if they are bolt on, then im sure you are more than adequately skilled to do it yourself. If not im sure there are plenty of people on the site that will bolt them up there for you. Maybe even me.

i built and welded my own. Make sure they lift up the carpet area so they dont melt/ catch fire to it. Also what i did was drape a wet rag over my fuel lines so i didnt melt them/ catch fire to the car also... make sure the place you go to is insured. I would say i would do them but there is just too much risk...

what kind of welder were you using? I am unfamiliar with the underside structure of your car, you got any pics of your SFCs and where you welded them up underneath your car?

the owner had a bit of a money issue... basically he would take peoples money to do a job and use the money for a existing job...so he had a bunch of work to do with no money... eventually caught up to him... long story short
