ford 5.0L 89-93 tuning?(88-93 california)

was wondering where i should set my timing? i normally put 89 in the car no less, 93 is rare though.
If the mods i have on the car would make a diff i ll provide a list, all are just normal old bolt on stuff, all majior engine components are stock.

where should i set my fule PSI, Also any one know a way i can check my fule pressure? i have a adj fule pressure reg but i dont want to just throw it on with out knowing where its set, i ve seen gauges hooked to fule lines but they where on carb'ed cars so i have know idea where i would hook it up on a EFI set up?

and any other tuning advice anyone thinks might help :)

MODs-
190LPH fule pump
73mm mass air
70mm Throttle body
cold air kit (filter in fender)
shortty headders
2.5" H-pipe with 60 series flowmasters and turn downs

stock stuff that might matter-
intake heads and injectors(19lbs/hr)
and i have a auto computer in a 5-speed car

timing should be 12-14 with no advance at idle on a hot motor
you check the fuel preesure with a guage at the lil nipple at the end of the fuel rail

as for what pressure id say 39 to 44 ish

as far as sugestions are you having problems or just wannt to tune it?

for a price you can have 640hp at the rear wheels, but you would have to completely gut and rebuild the motor. it's a pain in the ass unless ya got an extra block sittin around.

i got a HP performance street turbo sitting in my bedroom :) and i think im going to save up and get a XR short block from D.S.S. then call the power plant done, im just looking for some tuning advice for a basicly stock motor to make it a little faster for now till i can save up the money for the short block.

also anyone know if theres a 8.8 rear end that could hold up to about 500-600 RWHP? needs to be a 8.8 to work with the rear suspension set up im looking in to?

heads, intake, the cheapest form of raw hp would be No2. one of the ford mags did a test they called the nitrous grenade, in whice they pushed a 300 or 350 shot of nos thru a stock (junkyard) 5.0 before anything blew and at that the only thing to go was the head gasket, if i remember correctly. those motors are beasts. as for the rear, dunno. all i know is dana's are good.
